The Bachelor’s Program in International Affairs and Diplomacy at Ming Chuan University held a special lecture on November 10 in room J310 of the Jihe Campus, featuring Secretary General Lee Chao-Cheng from the International Cooperation and Development Fund (TaiwanICDF). The lecture, titled “International Cooperation and Development: A Conceptual Overview,” introduced the origins of international development cooperation, the scope of TaiwanICDF’s operations, and how partnerships are promoted.
The event was hosted by the university’s Vice President for International Affairs, Li Lan-yu. Secretary General Lee Chao-Cheng delivered an engaging and accessible lecture to international students enrolled in the International Affairs and Diplomacy Program, who have come to study at Ming Chuan University from around the world. Drawing on more than 30 years of rich diplomatic experience, he immersed the audience in what felt like a lively diplomatic reality show. The students, with eager eyes, actively shared their thoughts and asked profound questions, making the session engaging and interactive, filled with meaningful exchanges of knowledge and ideas.
